The Downtowner Boutique Hotel offered a comfortable stay in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas. The renovated rooms provided the comfort of home, and the bathroom amenities were a pleasant touch. The hotel's location near the Fremont Street Experience and the entertainment district made it convenient for exploring the area.

The noise from a neighboring room with a dog was quite bothersome, and it took a while for the staff to address the situation. there was a slight delay in receiving the promised compensation for the inconvenience.

We took a double room and it had a chair, a writing desk, and an iron. We got a bath too.

Visited a place for drinks at a unique cocktail bar nearby, perfect for a break from the bustling Strip. Food at a gastropub was top-notch, paired well with craft beers. The area offers a glimpse into the city's past and a lively arts scene. Walking tours and retro hotel vibes made it an interesting stay. Convenient location and amenities, plus a fun Halloween night out. a great spot for exploring and unwinding. Who knew Sin City had so much more to offer! Nicely furnished and great-sized room, all in all had very nice stay.

Liked Las Vegas, the hotel was extremely convenient and relaxing close to all the activities in downtown. The location was favourable and absolutely perfect, right by a huge casino, the amazing Fremont Street and the Casinos and Restaurants. I usually went to Neonopolis to grab a bite.

Overall it was a just perfect stay for the one night we stayed. Really enjoyed a chair, a writing table, and an iron in the room. The staff were attentive and caring and knew the area.

Absolutely mind-blowing stay! Super convenient location near downtown, Fremont Street, and amazing restaurants. The check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The stylish room with a fridge and comfortable bed was just perfect. I was blown away by the awesome value, and the parking lot right next to the hotel was super convenient. I also loved the quiet, clean room and the delightful pool area. The design was jaw-dropping, and the staff's patience and helpfulness were impressive. I was pleasantly surprised by the mini golf course, full bar, and the nearby grocery stores. Would definitely stay again!

The nearby Container Park was a hit with the kids, offering quirky shops, tasty dining spots, and live entertainment. Plus, the hotel's close proximity to the Fremont Street Experience and the vibrant Fremont East Entertainment District made it easy for us to soak in the city's best entertainment venues.

In my wife's opinion, the hotel would benefit from providing more child-friendly amenities to enhance the stay for families with children.

Totally fine stay on vacation. This hotel was reasonably clean and big size. The a double room was newly decorated for the value, the bed was comfy. Had climate control, a writing table, and an iron. Favourable location for our needs, so close to the airport and awesome bars, entertainment and food and Near Fremont Street Experience. Also, easy access to a shopping mall.

It was perfectly clean with easy going and diligent staff. The warm drinks in pool bar were very welcome. I spent 4 nights and would stay here again.

Was a reasonable base for holiday. Had a quiet 4 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The room was updated and a decent size with air conditioning, a safe box, and WiFi. The venue was in a central location very close to the Fremont Street Experience and Fremont Street and the Duece Bus. I was surprised at nearby The Market, they had some goodies, drinks. The poolside bar was a plus.

Decent sized units for the value. Nice decor throughout and competent and efficient staff at the reception desk. Great and fantastic location of the hotel, just off Freemont and clubs, and great restaurants and nightlife. Besides, very convenient to Container Park.

We really enjoyed to be here for a vacation and would come here again. The hotel was original and perfectly clean with strong wi-fi. The room was decent size and fashionable, included an air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and an iron. The location was particularly good, close to everything you need in Vegas, in the relatively quiet area.

The staff - some of them were not very friendly.

The location was favourable and absolutely perfect for Las Vegas, short walk to center and downtown Las Vegas. Attentive and easygoing staff who were always there to help. The room I booked was cleaned by housekeeping and available with the shower, a creative interior design plus ear plugs.

Unforgettable experience there. Modern place, recently refurbished rooms, patient staff.
